1000 face execution on Iraq's death row
Iraq is still one of the most dangerous place in the world, US soldiers are still getting killed by forces resisting occupation, living conditions for most Iraqis are worse than they were before the war, Obama’s promise to begin withdrawing all US troops this year is not being fulfilled -- little of this is being reported in the mainstream media. Nor is the plight of of over 1000 men and women facing execution on Iraq's death row.
The one thing the Iraq Inquiry won't reveal: the truth
The conclusion is already foregone. There was no dishonesty in the intent, no lying to parliament, no illegality; officials and ministers made mistakes but there was nothing dishonourable about the war or the individuals involved.
Smoking gun evidence that Blair knew Iraq war was illegal
Gordon Brown's farcical Iraq Inquiry, which he devised to whitewash war crimes, should be stopped. The revelation that the Attorney General wrote a letter to Tony Blair eight months before the invasion, in which he stated categorically that the war would be illegal, is evidence enough. It should be published and charges brought against Blair for committing the supreme international crime: a war of aggression.

What now? Secret Government reports prove Tony Blair lied
Leaked secret Government reports show that hiding Tony Blair's lies meant some troops were sent to Iraq with only five bullets each. The supply chain was such a farce that one container was sent full of skis to use in the desert. Some troops who were deployed to Iraq by civilian airlines took their equipment as hand luggage and had their weapons confiscated by airport security.
To most of the world, we are the terrorists
American soldiers don't sacrifice for honour, duty, country. They don't fight for America, they fight for their lives and their buddies before them because we put them in a war zone. They're not defending our freedoms in Iraq, they're laying the foundations for 14 permanent military bases to defend the freedoms of Exon Mobil and British Petroleum. They're not establishing democracy, they're establishing the basis for an economic occupation which will continue after the military occupation is ended.
Weapons of mass destruction discovered in Iraq after all
Iraqi researchers believe America's use of depleted uranium weapons in the two Gulf wars is responsible for the sharp rise in cancer and birth defects in the country in the past ten years.

Spot the future president of Europe
On 26 October, former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic refused to take his seat in the dock at the International Court in The Hague, where he is facing charges for war crimes. What a shame. He could keep the seat warm for war criminal Tony Blair, who is hoping to take a seat somewhere else in The Hague, as president of the European Union.
Tony Blair the terrorist not welcome in Palestine. Hounding the war criminals wherever they go.
Tony Blair had to be rescued by bodyguards as he visited a West Bank mosque in Hebron on 20 October 2009, when a Palestinian man, Ali Hassan Hemidan, approached him shouting: "You are a terrorist! You are not welcome in the land of Palestine!"
Is this the way to bring mass murderer Tony Blair to trial?
He is one of the two greatest living mass murderers on earth. Getting Tony Blair elected European Union President could be the chance that many of us have been waiting for: to get him in front of a judge and held to account for his war crimes, says George Monbiot.
Carnage and corruption in Iraq as US exit strategy unravels
While Iraq and its people continue to suffer, with most of the western media ignoring their plight, President Obama is still pursuing President Bush's goal in Iraq – to have a government in Baghdad that is closely allied to the US. This is incompatible with bringing about a stable, peaceful and democratic Iraq.

This video shows what should happen to Donald Rumsfeld wherever he goes, this side of him being indicted and behind bars.
Where are the arch war criminals now? No.1: Tony Blair
What is Blair doing today? Earning £15 million, including one million a year for a day a month's work with JP Morgan -- the bank expected to make billions out of contracts awarded by George Bush, which will enable it to profit from the devastation created by the Bush-Blair war, through what, for Iraqis, is laughably called "reconstruction".

New powers to prosecute war criminals living in Britain have been unveiled by the justice secretary, Jack Straw. He proposes prosecutions against British nationals and residents accused of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Straw says the law will send a clear signal that Britain will no longer be a safe haven for those who commit such crimes. Will he begin by considering the case against himself?
Rebranding the Iraq war as a "triumph"
Iraqis have been brushed out of the American narrative – Iraq is free of Saddam Hussein, it is democratic, it is stabilized, it is this and it is that. Don't mention the dead, the injured, the displaced, the tortured.
Iraq war inquiry: still on course for a bucket of whitewash
Extracts from speeches made in the parliamentary debate by MPs George Galloway, Jeremy Corbyn and John McDonnell show why holding some of the Iraq inquiry in public is not enough to prevent its report being little more than a bucket of whitewash, just as Brown always intended.
Obama promised US troops out of Iraq. Don't hold your breath
The failure to fully comply with the withdrawal agreement indicates the United States is looking to withdraw from Iraq in name only, as it appears that up to 50,000 military personnel will remain after the deadline.
