In the wake of the Met Police’s unprecedented attack on the Palestine solidarity movement, the violent arrest of Stop the War’s vice chair and chief steward Chris Nineham and charging of both Chris and Palestine Solidarity Campaign director Ben Jamal, we must build a broad-based movement not only to defend Chris, Ben and the 70+ activists arrested on 18 January, but to defend our right to protest and demand that the repressive Public Order Act is repealed.
