Calling all StW groups, affiliates and members!
You are invited to attend our 2024 – 2025 AGM, which will take place online on Sunday 2 February 2025, 12pm – 4pm.
The AGM is where the policies of the coalition are discussed and decided for the next year. All Stop the War members, along with delegates from local groups and affiliates, are entitled to attend and vote.
Local Stop the War groups are entitled to send 4 delegates and other affiliated organisations (including local, regional and national trade unions) are entitled to send 2.
Given the current instability around the world, particularly with the war in Ukraine and the ongoing genocide in Gaza, it is vital that the anti-war movement comes together to agree a way forward and to decide how we continue to respond to these events.
On that basis, we encourage you to try and make sure a full delegation is elected and to ensure that your group is up to date with its affiliation fees.

The deadline for submitting all AGM resolutions and Steering Committee nominations is Friday 17 January 2025.
All Stop the War members who have joined by Tuesday 31 December 2025 can attend the AGM with full voting rights. Those who join after this date can attend as an observer without voting rights.
